It is the policy of our higher management to conduct all activities in a manner that the health and safety of its employees, contractors, and any others involved in the process who may be affected by our operations are safeguarded. In implementing this policy, we comply with both the requirements of the relevant legislation, and promote appropriate measures for the protection of health and the environment.
Tamdeed recognizes that the requirements of HSE standards are inseparable from the goals of efficient operations required to achieve high-quality performance. Therefore, HSE issues are considered an integral part to our daily activities and managed with the same dedication as project performance and profitability.
As a result, it is imperative in Tamdeed that HSE matters are in line with the manager's duties. Simultaneously, we expect our employees to recognise that there is a duty on them to exercise self-discipline and due care to prevent injury to themselves and others, loss to company assets, and damage to the environment. Tamdeed continues to establish HSE audits and inspections in a continuous effort to identify and eliminate hazards and unsafe practices at the workplace.
Our health safety policy is based on the belief that accidents can be prevented if the right actions are undertaken beforehand, which as a result leads to top quality business. Therefore, high standards of safety consciousness and discipline will be promoted at all times. Contractors working on our behalf will be required to apply HSE standards that comply and are in line with our own policies.
